Here you can delete your Akıllı Ev account and the data tied to it for good, without opening the app. The same can be done in the app under Hesaplar → Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil.
What is deleted
- Your account: your e-mail address, display name and password hash.
- All your sessions; you are signed out on every phone.
- The homes you own, with their memberships and invitations; your memberships of other homes.
- The link between your modules and your account, and your remote command records.
What remains
- Your modules are not reset and keep working on your home network; they are only detached from your account.
- The home layout and module keys on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app or delete them in it.
- Deleted data remains in backups for at most 30 more days, then it is gone from those too. Access logs (IP address) are kept for 14 days.
